Przemyslaw Jeziorski is a researcher in the area of microeconomics with a focus on empirical industrial organization. His current research interests include:dynamics of mergers and acquisitions in media markets, mergers of advertising platforms and sponsored search advertising. He is an assistant professor of marketing in the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Previously he was an assistant professor of economics at Johns Hopkins University. He received his PhD in economic analysis and policy at Stanford University School of Business.

For his CFSP project, Przemyslaw is collaborating with Nicholas Economides (New York University) on using mobile phones as a platform for banking in Kenya. They are investigating different types of fees used in mobile banking networks and the welfare losses implied by the present market structure, as well as estimating the impact of the choice of interoperability on consumer welfare.
